Deposit

A nonrefundable $50 deposit fee is required for booking and will be counted towards your service. If you must cancel, the deposit can ONLY be used as credit to future booking/rescheduling.

To confirm and secure your appointment time, the deposit must be made within 24 hours of the booking time (not appointment time). 

If booked online, the $50 deposit fee will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time. 

Cancellation

Please be on time to avoid cancellation! You will be given a 10 minute grace period, after which the appointment may be subject to cancellation.

Please be mindful of my time as I will be with yours. Communicate with me! Let me know if you're running late or need to cancel.

If you must cancel, please give at least a 24 hour advance notice to avoid losing your deposit. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit fee.

Your first order will come with extra sizes.

Option 1: You are a pro at this and you already know your sizes! Please include your numbers in the order form.

Option 2: Coin Method

Take a photo of your nails next to a USD coin for size reference. sample

Option 3: Complimentary Sizing Kit

For a small shipping fee of $5, you can receive a Sizing Kit to accurately measure and determine the perfect sizes for your order.

Lash Extensions FAQs

How do I take care of my lash extensions?

  • Brush your lashes and clean lashes daily
  • No oil based products
  • Do not touch, play with, or pick at your lashes!
  • Do not use lash curler
  • Avoid using mascara
  • Use towel/cloth and dab to dry. Do not rub. For better and faster result, use cool setting on blow dryer
  • AVOID DIRECT HEAT such as hot smoke from oven, grill, and cigarettes.

How long do lash extensions last?

The natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes directly influences the longevity of your eyelash extensions. A full set will last as long as your natural lash cycle, which is anywhere from 3-6 weeks, depending on the individual.

For best result, refills should be required every 2 to 3 weeks.

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?

This all depends on the lash artist, currently health of natural lashes, appointment maintenance, and home care. When applied properly, with perfect isolation and weight, eyelash extensions will not harm your natural lashes. 

What causes lash extensions to falling out?

  • When your natural lashes grow out flipping the extensions.
  • Your lashes fall out naturally (taking the extension) and regrow.
  • Adhesive breaks down from products, natural face oil, heat etc.
  • Force, such as plucking, rubbing, sleeping on your face

When should I come back for a fill?

Keep them pretty and full by getting regular fills every 2-3 weeks. Don't be fooled by how full they might look. Depending on your natural lashes, there's always grow outs that need to be removed and replace. This will prevent tangles and your natural lashes from breaking.

Nail Enhancement FAQs

What is gel x?

Gel X is a nail extension system that uses pre-made tips coated with gel to extend the length of your nails.

What is builder gel?

Builder gel is used as strengthening barrier for natural nails. Unlike regular gel, it provides a thicker overlay for extra protection. It is applied as base coat and removed by simple soaking off. Removal is not necessary for returning clients.

How long will my nails last?

All nail services are guarantee to last a minimum of 10 days. With proper care and maintenance, your nails can remain flawless until your next scheduled appointment.

In the unlikely event that you encounter any problems within the 10-day period, you are welcome to come back for a complimentary repair.

Can Gel, Gel-x, and Builder Gel damage my nails?

When applied and removed properly, Gel, Gel-X, Builder Gel should not damage your natural nails. However, improper removal or over-filing can cause damage to the nail bed.
